Simply put, the Iraq Study Group (ISG) issued a report on the problems we've had in Iraq and their recommendations of how to solve them. The ISG wants Bush to ask Syria and Iran, two of the greatest supporters of global terrorism, for help.

The Iraq Study Group issued a report on Iraq that basically what the conditition is over there,and how the U.S. can end the conflict as quickly as possible.
One of the suggestions was that diplomacy had to be practiced especially with Iran and Syria, because of their influence with the insurgents.
It is now up to Bush to take these suggestions and impliment them. He should give a speech sometime before Christmas on what he will do about Iraq. I hope this helps.
