Just guessing but I'd say Broker, Doctor, Banker and Engineer.

Editor jobs require intelligence but it's just cleaning up and organizing other people's work.

And Artist is more of a liberal, do what you want at your own pace type of job, anyone can do it and they don't need to be übersmart, it's just expressing yourself. Of course some people are talented and some people aren't, though I think the untalented people aren't really expressing themselves with their art which is why they fail.

Intellectual as a term in business and law, means creatively original such as "intellectual property". The only profession this applies to is an artist in any of its forms. Musicians, songwriters, graphic artists, all consider their work as intellectual property. Now if a broker develops a investment scheme, a doctor develops a medical technique, and engineer design and creates some new structural concept, all these things can be copyrighted, patented, registered, all means of protecting "intellectual property". A couple of years back when a team was breaking down and sequencing the human genome (DNA), their was talk that it would be registered and considered property.
My choice for pure intellectual would be the artist. That's just due to the fact that theoretically, anything they create is thought of as original creation.
