You Take Some Time To Yourself. Turn Off Your Computer, Cell Phone, etc. Cut Off All Communication Devices That Could Possibly Make The Problem Worse And Just..Relax. If This Isn't Enough, You May Need To Take A Vacation, Or Simply Move And Start Off Fresh!!

Take a moment to stop. Slowly analyze the events that have lead to this predicament. From their, slowly try to restore friendships, or start new ones. Show no emotion to what others say unless it is uplifting. Do not see you opinion of other people as hate, look at is as an opportunity. Slowly restart your life. Discuss your issues with those closest to you. Do not cry or yell when doing this, but just say what you think as say what you feel. Hopefully, you will have let go of the anguish, and now, you can start to lead a happier existence.

Does sound like depression. Might want to talk to a doctor. Is this constantly or only around the week before that time of the month? Good luck and sounds like you might want professional help. No fun to hate or be hated.

gosh, that's a tough one. Been there, done that. It's just means idiots are damn uncanny. Uncanny, that's it. It's very hard to deal with uncanny people. Got to ignore that they ever existed. It's like saying what should we do when the house is full of flies. you just wave it off, and it goes away for a minute, and the cycle starts all over again till someone get killed. I laugh and find something constructive to do. Meladramatic thoughts go no where but down.
No use going about and being depressed about something like that.
Do something to make yourself happy, at least then one person can enjoy the day.

write or draw about it, or turn the hate into an expressive outlet. i feel like that many times, it usually makes me feel better. then, when you feel like you can handle it, fix everything that made you or others feel that way.
