How'd you manage to get your hands on non-dilute salicylic acid? Well, as with any acid, the moment it gets on the skin, you want to be able to neutralize it before it burns, with something like baking soda. If it's already burned, you definitely want to get some aloe vera on it. If the burn looks really bad, you're going to want to go to want to get a prescription for some antibiotics so it won't get infected. If the burn doesn't seem so bad, just keep it wrapped up with aloe vera, gauze, and a bandage. Try to keep ice on the bandage as often as possible.
