I own a jewelry store in the U.S. and fewer than 1% of all diamonds are 'blood' diamonds. This is not happening at present, its a movie.

Most diamonds come out of Africa and it helps their economy tremendously. If you really want to help third world countries...BUY A DIAMOND. They need the money!
