There was an issue of World's Finest years ago, when Superman and Batman were humoring a dying actor who was trying to spoof them by pretending to be two aliens. One claimed that the other was an escaped criminal and wanted Batman's help to track him down on Earth, because Superman was helping him hide The other told Superman that he was a high official and the other alien was an assassin who had tricked Batman into helping stalk him. (The actor was playing both roles.)
Batman recruited Supergirl's help, so Superman had to create a mystery to attract Batgirl. The girls thought everything was real. Superman and Batman staged a fight where Batman wore 'Kryptonite' coated gloves and punched Superman stupid. Batgirl used a spray can of super sticky adhesive (web fluid, anybody...?) to trap Supergirl, but her heat vision made short work of it. Batgirl tripped and fell off a cliff, so Batman had to rescu her while Superman and Supergirl were otherwise busy.
But that moment gave Superman enough time 'away from the (phoney) Kryptonite' to recover, and lassoed Batman with his stretchable cape. Batgirl then took the 'kryptonite' gloves off Batman and she and Superman had won.
Bottom line: if Batgirl gets her hands on some K, Superwoman's in Trouble!

and what could ANY batgirl ever hope to do against ANY supergirl?

it would probably go a few rounds with superwoman in the lead, but that sneaky batwoman would pull out that kryptonite at the last second for the win.
