I heard shell because it has 100% gasoline, no ethoanal which is bad for your engine

This REALLY depends on the engine. I've had some engines that ran the same on the cheapest no-name stuff I could find as on the more highly respected brands. I've heard tales of other cars that would have a noticable difference between brands - but it isn't always the same brand that worked best for all cars. My advice is to try different ones and make a note of which ones, if any, make the engine misbehave.
