Divorge will seperate everything that you got during the marriage irregardless of the ownership on the deed. Check with your lawyer. If he does have a honey then get all evidence of his affair this will help you in the divorce.

It does depend on your state but in most states. When something is purchased during a marriage regardless whose name is on the property, it is called "communal property" and everyone has equak rights to it. It will be divided up in court usu. 50/5o but if there are mior children in the factor, the woman usu. gets the house. get ocular proof ( a picture) or hard core evidence that he is cheating and the house will most likely become your sole property. Good Luck!

It depends on the laws in your area but a lot of places it doesn't matter who's name the house is in you still share it 50/50 (as long as it is the matrimonial home and no prenup agreement excludes this). Find out what the laws are where you live.

If you think he is seeing someone else while you two are still married that would be cheating and you would need to prove it and it would also help if you got yourself a damn good lawyer as well.

hire a private investigator...get pictures and proof...and depending on how long u all have been married...in most cases if u all cant decide on who gets the house...the courts will tell u to sale it and split the money...
get a good lawyer....that always helps..but it helps your case even more if u can get witnesses on your behalf to show how he is behaving...

marital property is divided in half...It would be good to catch him and have proof of adultry, but they usually stall around till it is irrconcilabledifferences..If he wants out bad enough, make him walk out, catch him as he goes, you can get what you want from him then, tell him to sign what you want and he can have the divorce...In the long run anybody that wants out can get out...but make him pay...Hit him in the pocket book..that hurts the longest and hardest.......good luck.
