hmmm...this is a tough one.

The best way I can think of is to always try and go places and do things that will most likely lead you do repeat a certain pattern. For example, you can go to the star wars convention where you know you will "coincidentally bump into" your online buddies. Or you could play rock paper scissors with a tard. Then you will see that by mere coincidence, things seem to occur

I think you meant confidence? Sorry, I have enough of my own self destructive attitude and can't waste any of my time solving someone's self esteem problems when I can't even solve my own. GL with that, though. Be happy in your own skin.

Find something that your good at, perfect it, and when you need to do something that involves other people just think to yourself, ha they're a bunch of losers cuz I can do ( whatever you're good at here) better than any of them.

do u focus on your shortcoming's or your strengths?these kinds of evaluations add up to our sense of self worth, or confidence. don't be a critic of yourself, do u say negative things to yourself? or about yourself? do u blame yourself for things that went wrong in your past?do u beat yourself up over things u really had no control over?don't listen to your inner critic, instead accept yourself . it is really all about what we say to ourselves, inside. they say hearing is believing, so next time u critisize yourself, ignore it, and stop doing it. believe and have faith in yourself, be proud of yourself, go back to a different time in life, when u felt proud of u, say words to yourself that heal, not tear u down. they say we are our own worst critic.
