Tax paradise is anyplace where the tax code makes sense. In other words, NOWHERE that has an income tax. Income tax asks people to pay more for working hard and being successful. Consumption tax (sales tax) allows people to choose how much tax they pay and when - if you buy everything used, there is no tax. If you choose to buy a new car rather than a used one, you get to pay tax. I like the plans where food is exempted.
Antarctica could be tax paradise, but only if you actualy lived there, which nobody does. All the researchers there are citizens of other nations, most of which have an oppressively huge income tax.
