It only happens on the Internet windows. If i scoll up, it continues to scroll up until it reaches the top, and same if i scroll down. DId i mess with some viewing control?
How do I fix this?

u need 2 scan ur computer or maybe even gut it cause that means u have a spy on ur computer and u dont want that.

well u can get a new mouse
or go to my computer --> control panel --> Mouse
and figure how to stop scrolling
