I HATE spicy stuff and the rest of my family cant live with out it, so when its time to eat most o fthe food is spicy and there is really anything I want to eat what can they make so they cna have what they want and so can I ?

That's the way I am with some things...leave out the onions or don't add as much salt. Stuff like that.
Maybe you could just ask your parents to set aside a little bit of whatever they're making, and then you can make it the way you want it to be. That way, you can eat without it being so spicy, and you can also learn a bit of cooking at the same time. Plus, with you making your food the way you want it, it won't be extra work for mom and dad when they have to create pretty much two separate meals.

The spices go into the meat right? Just put aside some meat for you without the spices. Or just ask the cook to not add anything until the end so you can have some without the spice.

they can make the food with out the spice and buy hot sauce or hot salsa to eat on the side of their food. that way all of the food tastes the same but they can add as much fire to the food as they like while it's on their plate.
