Get your mouse and place it in the middle of the task bar, click and hold the task bar and drag it to the bottom where it us usually at. It should flip back into place.

You may need to right click and uncheck "Lock the taskbar" before clicking and dragging.

hold ur mouse button down and move it back to da bottom then right hit on ur taskbar then hit on lock taskbar

Drag it to the bottom of teh desktop or to wherever you want to keep it. Bottom of the screen is the default location.

no... it didn't just DO that... YOU mis-moused..
to fix it - Grab the task bar in the middle - hold the left mouse button and drag the bar to the left then DOWN...

Someone moved it. Click and hold in an empty space on the bar and move it back to where you want it.
