Of course you can... but it will be checked by the Chinese customs. And by standard of services varies from country to country, I don't know what would be the outcome though but for sure, check and follow for the regulations and requirements to avoid delays.

Sure. Try sending it to a residence to avoid any possible traifs or cutoms regulations, assuming you are sening one or only a few parts.

If its more then you are in for more paper work.

But, i have a feeling that the problems will come form the chinese side more then from the American side.
