I selected 2 teams to win by over 8 in football, which I won, but the 3rd, I selected to win by 4, and they won by over 20. So is that a loss? Does the "win by 4" odds mean "must win by 4-7" and "win by 8" mean "must win by 8 or more"? Or does ProLine just offer higher odds for those who risk a team winning by 8?

No you won. Now if you said 4 and they won by 3 or less or lost then you lost. but since they won by 10 then you won good job.
