No not always there but sometimes it goes it's own way. Everyone is different and when faced with the choice of being good or following the other possible course they seem to go that way about half the time. So in some of your questions it can be misleading as to what you want for an answer. Do you want the truth or do you want to see where our minds are? Personally I like both. People can come up with some really strange stuff if you lead them in that direction. But are we sheep to be led around by someone else's conscience? Is that what you're looking for? Or rather yes it's always there.

In order to answer this question properly my mind would have to be beautiful instead of the jumbled up mass of voices constantly shouting at each other and myself that I have.
