MURDER. A noted body language expert says there is no evidence in Henri Paul's movements and demeanour as captured on video just before he drove to suggest that he was under the influence of alcohol. Experts have given an explanation as to why Paul's blood tests proved positive for alcohol (I am not a scientist and cannot recount the details but the explanation is convincing.)
The first news reports following the accident said Diana had walked away from the wreckage to the ambulance. Why did they keep her in the ambulance at the roadside for such a long time thereby wasting the 'golden hour' and why have the reports of her walking away never been mentioned again?
The BBC has obviously been 'bought off' but I will never believe anything other than foul play.

it was murder, and she knew she would be killed to silence her.she referred to the dark forces(so did dr david kelly and the Queen )
she was about to announce her engagement to dodi, something the establishment could not allow to happen, there are so many things that do not make sense!
why did they switch cars at the last minute?
why were the cameras in the tunnel switched off, when there is proven evidence that someone had received a speeding ticket timed 10minutes before the crash
where is the white punto?
after the crash diana was injured but not so, that she would die from her injuries
why was she not taken to the nearest hospital, even though they had the equiptment available
why the hell was the scene cleared away do quickly, before they had a chance to gather evidence considering who she was
why have the statements of so many independent witnesses vanished or been ignored even though they were at the at the scene before the ambulance arrived
the murder was planned so that it would take place out of the uk, this would enable the establishment to get away with murder - and it looks to me like they are going to
i must state that i am not a big fan of the royal family, but i know when what i am been told is total bullshit

It was def a murder. Why has the queen not demanded an answer to this trial or Prince Charles. (It is too fishy) I heard also that before Princess Di died the cameras was not working under the tunnel (SHOCK) It is a murder, too many people are covering it up somewhere along the lines. If it had of happened to Charles and his dog face woman, it would of been splashed on the news and in the papers that they was murdered. Why didn't Paul Rees Jones make sure they was secured in the back of the Mercedes, it was his job to look after her. How comes he survived it all, and the rest of them all died.

Hi there;
I saw the Diana Murder Conspiracy on BBC 2 this evening, and to be honest I still can't make my mind up. But Al Fayed makes some strong allegations re pregnancy and engagement rings.
Is it HE who's lying through his teeth to cover up the fact that it was one of his staff driving the Merc on that fateful night?
And if so, why?
Doubtless he is wracked with anger and guilt at the Death of Diana and Dodi - but at the end of the day there's a chance they might have survived, had they worn their seatbelts.
Nevertheless, people would have known that they didn't always belt-up, and any conspirators could assume this and plot ahead regardless, which again still leaves me guessing!

Murdered! The car she was in over two tons in weight, it could have hit a tank and wouldn't have caused that much damage. She was embalmed hiding any trace of pregnancy. The driver couldn't have been drunk or else the bodyguard would have said something. Would you have gotten in a car if you knew someone had been drinking that heavily? Sorry this old chestnut keeps being brought up but i don't believe the 'official version'. I want the truth!

Seriously - I understand your need to know but what difference does it make. People were kilied in a senseless manner and the constant digging it up will not help their loved oned ones or make things better. If it was an accident we should let them rest in peace and if it was indead murder we will NEVER discover the truth so I think it should just be left alone for the familes to grieve and get on with their lives.

I could never make up my mind, but the other night i watched a programme called The night Diana died, and when it had finished my mind was clearly made up, the poor driver is getting all the blame and yet it clearly showed him before he got into the car and he was as sober as a judge.I have wondered since WHY has the royal family never brought libel cases against all the people that have accused them of this.

Really not sure. The whole things seemed a bit strange so I wouldn't rule out a conspiracy theory but I guess we'll never know.

Diana may have been "hounded" to death by the paparazzi who have then blown the story out of all proportion to sell more newspapers. But murder.... No
