I have a partner that works long hours so no rest for me. Im 9 months pregnant and ready to drop my little bundle at any time. But i was sick with a head cold a couple of weeks ago. I got absolutely no rest as i was getting the nursery ready for Bub. But my partner is such a lovely guy.

He made me rest over the wkend while he wasnt working and set the rest of the nursery up for me. He even tried to cook dinner (he cant even cook baked beans on toast hehe) so the fact that he even tried was a total laugh and a treat!

I rescue myself by locking myself in my room. The trade off for not having to take care of me is sleeping on the couch... it's worked so far!

When I'm sick I whine to my mom and she lets me skip class. But unlike some lifeless, uneducated brats out there, I like going to school. It spends my time, I have lots of friends, and I get to hang out with Geico. He's so special!

I never do. I always here the redundant derogatory claims of "this and that" from my mom. The only difference between being sick and well is that I can't walk away.

No. Never. I'm a mother - hence no rest for me for the next 20 years or more
