it's a popularity contest for people with no real friends.
the concept of having 'celebrity friends' on myspace is hugely ironic given that over 99% of the 'celebrities' that do have a myspace page have probably never even seen a computer in their lives let alone their own myspace page - the pages are setup by the record company or the artist's agent as another marketing point.

If it is then I guess I am a loser because I have one, but I have no celebrities. The only people I have on my myspace are the people who are really my friends.

What exactly is your question? Myspace can be a good way to "talk" to friends who are really busy.The only reason for celebrity friends is that it's an easy way to find out when a band is going on tour near you!

Most Certainley, I dont understand what the point is rather than make friends and send messages.....And it's filled with little kids now, Thinking there so cool and making these stupid pages.
