I am going to answer your question seriously:
1) While whether one person thinks that another is "fat" is purely subjective, most physicians would consider that a 234 pound, 5' 8" woman to be obese and at risk for many health conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attack, heart disease, etc.)
2) What does one do with a "girl's fat"? Well, people who have sex with heavier partners use positions (such as doggie style) where not too much weight or pressure is placed on either partner.
3) Should you lose weight? Well, whether you are comfortable with your weight and appearance is your own decision. However, to improve your overall health it would be advisable to consider losing weight. Talk to your physician before trying any exercise and diet plan. If you should decide to lose weight, keep in mind that you should aim for a steady (2-3 lbs per week) loss and resist the urge to go for crash, or extreme diets. Losing weight is more a change in lifestyle (eating healthier) than in eating less food.
Good luck in your endeavor.

You are pretty much over weight, but I wouldn't say you're fat to the point of being un-attractive. But that also depends on each persons opinion on this, that just happens to be mine.
As for a girls fat when having sex, that all depends on how much there is. If there is allot of stomach fat, then I would just have to position myself into a comfortable way to have a great time with her. Be it the classic way where the man is on top of the woman, or maybe the woman has to sit on top of the man. But if the two are a committed couple, then it will be worked out, and you'll have a good time.
My problem is epilepsy. I can thank the first president bush for that. I'm a marine war veteran of desert shield / desert storm. So i have been dumped allot of times because they have been afraid that i'd have a seizure while having sex. So i pretty much know how you feel.

You are overweight.
I am 5'8" 180 pounds and I am considered overweight at weight watchers. I am 43, so loose the weight now while you are young.
