Obviously, this is a digusting and rediculous accusation and the school deserves to be sued for not apologizing and wiping the 4 year old's record clean.
It's repulsive and I can't vent enough so I'm writing a letter to the administrator at the scool.
I hope this "teacher" was fired. She obviously is not qualified to be working with this age group. Nobody should even be thinking about sex while teaching 4 year olds. If she was innocent herself, she wouldn't be able to interpret that snuggle as a sexual advance. Gross.
Well, I'm writing a letter. They'll probably pitch it but I have to write it anyhow. If you want to write a letter too, this should be the right address:
La Vega Primary Center
900 Ashleman Street
Waco, TX 76705

I assume you're talking about the case where a four year old was suspended for *hugging* the teacher aide, and accused of rubbing his face in the woman's chest.
According to a news artice, "David Davis, the executive director of the Advocacy Center in Waco tends to agree with Blackwell [my note: boy's father]. He says assuming the boy has not had sexual encounters, or been inappropriately exposed to pornography, most four-year-olds are sexually innocent. "
The sexual references in the child's discipline file have been removed, but not the whole incident.
I think it's ridiculous! The child is four, he was hugging an aide, and I highly doubt the child was thinking anything sexual. I hugged my teachers all the time, there was nothing sexual about it! As for the "rubbing the face in the chest" bit, I've seen children do that when they're giving hugs. It's just like a cuddle. I'm a bit more worried about the aide who thinks that the hug was sexual.

The aide who reported this is a numbbrain. Good lord. We, big family, 11 sets of aunts and uncles, had one aunt we all wanted to sit on her lap. Why, she was so very comfortable. This is when we were very young, 3, 4, 5 She happened to be a busty women. She was the nicest pillow in the world. Not a smidgen of sexual anything. Just absolute comfort. Its a sad thing that children can not be children. I dont even know how to express my disgust. Not at the child. At the dark minds that sully innocent behavior.

a 4 year old doesnt know the difference between any kind of sexual behavior. I would say that the parents need to be looked at by the proper people.
