Yes. All people go through a denial period when they think or even find out that their spouse is cheating on them. Don't worry though if they know the truth that denial period won't last long it will quickly turn to anger and hate.

Yep, I did when confronted with two months worth of evidence. Just wouldn't believe it. Now after the anger (LOTS OF ANGER) Iam re adjusting my thinking about it. May not be healthy or the best thing. But that is what I am doing. I want to stay married to my wife but I don't know if I can overlook the facts.

I think everyone does. Deep in our hearts we want to think nah they would not do this to me. I was one of those people that did that. I knew deep in my heart my ex husband was probably cheating on me. He was not coming home on time he was coming home drunk and telling me he was out with his friends drinking. At that time they only had beepers and I would call to retrieve the messages back but nothing was there. He then told me he was moving out of the house that we rented from his parents and he told me to take our son as well. He said he was not cheating on me but was unhappy in the marriage. I had to live with his brother and sister in law for a few months to get on my feet. I got smart and went to get my things out of the home and took the phone. I hit star 69 and this womans answering machine came on with her phone number in it. I called and called and no answer. He tried telling me how dare I call that number that it was an old lady that he helped paint her house. I looked up the number in the phone book thank god it was under the b's lol (sounds crazy I know) then I called again and told this woman I want to speak to my husband and she handed the phone to him. He got caught and now that it has been 10 years ago we divorced I now see that him leaving was a blessing. I think if we suspect our spouse or loved one of cheating we should go with our instincts and check it out further.
