Ya know, unless things are tight and your supporting yourself please realize money isn't THAT important.

Sure I thought the same thing, but time passes so quickly - you're 16 and if you're so caught up in making money that you miss enjoying your life here and now thats something you will regret long term. YOu can work your whole life - these years you have now are passing so quickly and you'll never walk this way again.

Just something to keep in mind... but I hope all goes well for you!

You have got to be kidding. If you really have a full time job why on earth would a 16 year old need "extra" cash? Unless it is something that the government can help you with. You shouldn't need that much money...

If your not getting as far as to be offered an interview - the problem is your cv. You are not marketing yourself effectively... It's difficult at your age, because you can't possibly have much working experience. Your cv needs to be as follows (only with neat formatting and bulletpoints where you feel appropiate...) Your Name - contact details Profile - a description highlighting you ie "I have excellent organisational and communication skills..." etc - this is where you can tell employers that you thrive on challenges and are a quick learner etc Your Education details ie where you studied, what you studied and your grades (don't include any failures!) Your Work Experience (or work related experience in your case!) - this is where you tell them about anything you've done as a kid, that relates to the job that you want... If you want to be a dj - tell them about how you managed the dj at school / social events. If you want to go into caring - tell them about how you've regularly cared for your elderly relative... This is where they can see that you have a transferable skill set that can be an asset to their company... Do make an effort with your cv - maybe save a few different ones if you are looking at applying for a variety of jobs. Get family and friends to read them and demand constructive critisism. Once you have perfected your cv - distribute it to a few recruitment agencies, via email, follow up with a phone call the next day, and ask them if they have anything available. Don't tell them you will do anything - you need to have some personal preference (or they'll have you packing boxes...) Try and get into an office until you've decided what you would really like to do. Best area to be to get to understand how businesses really work! Good luck!

Take and invest your money in a savings account, cd, or stock at your bank, and have whom ever your legal guardian is do it for you. This will draw interest on whatever you decide to put your money towards, and you could even have your legal guardian invest cash in penny stocks. Which you may be able to profit from if you invest enough time and interest. Otherwise your best course of action is to do the basic under the table work, side jobs, ex: helping hand for someone, paper route, hobbies that can bring profit: painting, artwork based works, and the list is endless with what may be possible for you.

Holy crap, you work more than I do man. How the hell do you get your schoolwork done working those many hours? How much are you getting paid? You're too young to be working that long and worrying about making extra cash. Tell your boss that it's time for a raise. If I were you, I would take it easy, don't let it get in the way of school.

Your too young to much of anything. First off, the legal working age differes from state to state. The only thing you can do at whatever age is contract your work. The supreme court struck down a paticular law restricting the employ of children calling it unconstitutional for a child to contract his or her own work. Meaning a child could have a small home business without problems from authorities. If your needing more money don't give up on school. That's the quickest way to make the least amount of money.

If you want to try making some money on line, you might want to try this. I have only found one legitimate work at home site so far, and I made $354+ in October. But it did take a bit of work initially--I added referrals--and the money got better. And I believe my earnings will continue to grow.

I started by answering surveys on CashCrate and filling out some free offers and received a real check from them. For example, I signed up for E-bay and made a bid and got paid $8.00. And there are no fees to join. It is totally free. So I made a little my first month with them.

But once I found out this site was legit, I started adding referrals. For every person you refer, you get 20% of what they earn. And for every person that one of your referrals refer to CashCrate, you get 10%. It may take some time to build up the number of referrals necessary to make a lot of money, but in time--this could be a great source of income--making money while other people are in a sense, working for you.

And by the way--never join a work at home program that wants you to pay up front. If they were making that much money, they wouldn't need to charge you.

Note: There are not many offers on this site for users outside of the USA (there quite a few offers for Canadian users though). But if you are in another country, you could still refer users from the USA to CashCrate and make money on those referrals.

You're 16 ? Something to pay attention to . . . live your life, don't let your life live you. Re-shift your life style so the extra cash is not needed so much even with you working 6 days a week. Re-claim your own life. Work wiser, not harder.

Get a different Job. Do side jobs. Buy things on sale and sell them on ebay. Do you really NEED the money or WANT the money. School is the most importiant thing. Once you graduate you will make a lot more!
