100 x 2 = 200 4days
200 x 2 = 400 8days
400 x 2 = 800 12days
800 x 2 =1600 16days
1600 x 2 = 3200 20days
Therefore at 20 days its is 3200 grams

It's a simple plug-in algebra 2 problem. Do you remember the equation, y = intial amount * 2 ^ (rt). The exponential is 2 because it doubles. You know the values know so plug them in. The r = rate of change so if it doubles every 4 days r = 1/4. T = 20 days. Now that you know this the equation looks like this: y = 100 * 2 ^ (20/4). And if you solve this you shoudl get 3200.
