No. We use or PS2 as a game system and also as a second dvd player for the second tv in our home.

nope they dont cause the ps2 is just like a dvd player that u kan play games on its pretty sweeett i have done it forever so its ok to use a dvd on ps2

no, but sometimes if we watch a rented dvd instead of one we purchased it gets dark off and on during the movie.
