Kill one, hit the other 2 three times each, then spin attack to finish them off at the same time. (To spin attack, shake the nunchuck).

Use the spin attack to kill them. Just shake the nun-chuck back and forth to use the spin attack. Minidude is wrong about this game, with a name like minidude hes one to talk.

Dodge until all 3 are around you, move the nunchuk half quickly like you were using the sword with the wii-mote half
