Do you mean leap frog? Well no I haven't. But I DO know a funny story about bollards.
Long long ago (when the fields were parched etc etc) my dad told me that Policemen in their cars used to go around driving into snowmen during the winter months and knock them over, just for the sheer hell of it.
Annoyed with this, my dad and his friends built a snowman over a bollard ....
Need I finish the rest of the story? I think one word sums it up: Shrapnel.

I am a fraction tall myself. My legs are so long that I would be able to stride over most of those bollards, and I don't have any "bollards" to damage anyway!
I really hope you didn't try and fail! Ouch!...
