Johnny Depp's wife (Vaneesa Paradis) is a famous singer in France but I am not sure if she has recorded lately. Lorie is famous (kind of like Christina Aguillaerea here). Also there is Illona Mitrecey who sang Le Monde Parfait a few years back. Go to Amazon.fr and look up their CD best sellers.
