Haha I like the granola one. But I would say a melting pot. Because one we all mix eventually, like you adopt the culture around you, like i grew up in a 60% hispanic town and I know in our town and our schools Cinco de Mayo was huge, but in the town next to us there was not many hispanics and cinco de mayo wasnt a big deal.
Whereas if it was a salad bowl we would all stick to ourselves and not exchange cultural ideas or adopts others traditions or customs.

More like a salad bowl. People are coming to America and not blending or conforming to our culture; but bringing their own culture and putting it on top of ours.

More like a hivemind, honey and the bees. Been that way for quite some time anyway, can't wait til 2007 for the shift to take place, if you don't know what I am referring to, sorry.

more like a salad salsa bowl different aliens coming to our country who are not supposed to be here but if we go to theirs they are quick to put us out
