If you're on a budget, try:
~Bath and Body works gift kits (they have everything from lotion and shower gel to perfume and shampoo)
~Small makeup kit from target (range from $2 to $20)
~Long/Layered necklaces are really in this year, as are big beaded jewelry
~Purses (Kohls, Sam Moon, Target, Walmart)
~mp3 Player (I saw some on yahoo!shopping for $40) or splurge and get her an ipod (Nano or video)
~Gift cards (Buckle, Hollister, American Eagle, hot Topic, Claires, icing)
~clothes (from almost anywhere)
~And, if all else fails---Money

I think it all depends on the girl and what she likes. If you have some time, listen or watch how she acts. That could give you some clues. Also, maybe if you go to a mall with her, she will point out things she likes or so, then you can get them for her at a later date. Obviously you do not have to much time, but it would be hard to clump all 13 yr old girls together and give a gift they would all enjoy.

the latest present for 13yrld is money to spend at the mall or make-up or a mp3 player the new style for 13yrld.

-3ds will get old. digital piano unless your really musical will get old too,,, snowfairy smells disgusting to me.. Sorry:) But eeverything else seems good!! from lush i reccomend: Cinders Bath Bomb, Mrs. Whippy, Curly Wurly, al the facemasks are amazing, and Sexy Peel Soap! And then ask for accesories like jewelry and scarves what not.

a keychain digital camera from Radio Shack,they sell for about $30 or less. Log onto Radio Shack and you can save even more and it will get there BEFORE Christmas,or go to local store to see if they still have any

being a 13 year old girl myself I would love:
1)a cell phone
2)an iPod (nano or video)
3)a laptop (preferrably apple)
4)giftcards (target, apple etc.)
If you arent sure, I would go with the giftcard, we can pretty much use 'em for anything.

I'd say an ipod--(Target and Toys R Us have "Disney" themed ones they have a few very cute Tinkerbell ones!) CD's, makeup--if she's allowed to wear it-- clothes.

Bratz toys are good if shes into dolls, is really popular right now.
Computers games and personal type equipment is good. Game systems like PSP. MP3 Players and even gift card to put music onto the players is good. 13 may be too young for a cool mobile phone, but some kids do have'em! Concert tickets to a fave band. Glam and Gadgets are always a good combo and kids love them.
