I love this girl and I don't know if she feels the same way becasue I don't usually show that much emotion.
Givin her presents and all is kind of making her think awkwardly or something about me. She has told me she really doen't need all that instead she wants me around more but I am quite afraid of showing emotion. She on the other hand does not hide anything. Mom's never liked her that much and it makes her think that I don't love her.We have been out for three years but I've been finding it rather hard to speak with her and whenever I see her, I just run off like little boy but only when she can't see me.
She just makes me feel the same infatuation I had for her at the start.

Why do you run?
I hate it when my guy does that it really annoys me.
It makes me feel as if i am some mat which you can step on and run over. I love my boyfriend but he gets tongue tied(which is sweet but annoying after a min) I don't want him to feel that I hate him becoz of his parents and I like the gifts he gives me but I can't take too much from him because i earn more than he does, live in a better place than he does and I've got everything but feeling his presence because he does not show much emotion. I appreciate him giving me all these things but he mustn't use all his salary and starve to death.
If you love her, you will let her know. Lighten up and don't run. Say what is on your mind because you are running out of time. I f you wanna dump her do it because that is the way I feel. I can't wait forever here forever. Show your love for her by telling her you love her because you never.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you need to decide if this is the girl for you does she complete you and make you happy if yes and even if she doesnt you need to explain things to her and how you realy feel and if you dont love her then you should tell her so she can give her love to someone that is going to enjoy it and give back to her now im not saying your being mean i just think you should let her know how your feeling so she doesnt think you dont want her and let her know you love her

okay, we all have problems and no worries, but you just have to face this one. think about it, you say you love her right? ... well, if you love her, and lets just SAY for the fun of it, you guys get married, she is not gonna stay if you run away! she needs to know you are there for her and are going to be there for her! and i know how much nfluene parents can have reguarding your feelings, but trust me, if she ever hears you say that you are second guessing how you feel becasue of what your parents think, she will not be able to trust you to have your own thoughts. then how is she going to ever trust you if she finds that out. presents are nice yes, but you are hiding behind them, you are your own present (now wait, dont let that get to your head or anything but dont let it not get to your head either). you just need to have confidence in yourself. she told you what she needs. dont shove food down her throat when she is asking for a glass of water.

I have the same problem as you girlfriend!!! First, Bo*locks to your mum, tel her to learn to accept and be respectful to your girlfriend and if she doesnt like her to keep it to herself, or piss off.
Also, it seems your girlfriend is insecure (like me) materialistic things just wont cut it.
Try to listen to her, ask her what it is that she wants and what can you do to help her, tell her you love her, try to be more confident in yourself but also tell her that you find it difficult to show your emotions, if she loves you and you love her you can work this out. Communication is the best way forward.

Be a man tell her how you feel. Just do it. If you love her that much and want to keep her. Don't worry what your mum think its your life and if u r happy that is the main thing

aww, why are you running. she's telling you in clear language she wants you around. maybe you could explain to her that buying her gifts is your way of showing affection? but try it her way, you might be shocked. i was like that with the affection thing till i met my fella, now i cant get enough of it. you just have to be brave the first few times. it will get easier, and the bonus is. you get to be with someone you clearly love and who wants to be with you, that dont happen often and your lucky if you get it once in your life so dont let it slip. grab it and enjoy it.

Don't be a fool and tell her, you're lucky she feels that way about you, so don't waste more time and show your appreciation for her. These opportunities don't come too often in life, so make the best of it.
