I have been watching dr. 90210 and there have been a couple girls who are getting a breast reduction because their chest is too big. what would you consider big. I am a 36/38 DD and wondering if they are toooo big?

Depends on what the rest of your body looks like. I believe a beautiful woman is one who is proportioned, whether it is little breasts and little hips, or larger breasts with larger hips.
Also, if you're having medical problems, such as back problems because of the size or your breasts you might want to consider getting a reduction.
Ultimately, decide either way based on what YOU want, not what folks on this website answer. Beauty starts inside and radiates to the outside.

You are the only one that can tell if they are to big. Are you having back problems? That can be related to having a large chest. Difficulty breathing while lying down? the same thing. Breast size has a lot to do with body proportion, like how you can tell pencil skinny girls with huge ones have had boob jobs. But if they are actually giving you any problems like those above, you may want to talk to doc.

If a person's health is being affected then one should have a reduction. I had a friend in nursing with me many years ago who had considerable back problems due to her large breasts. She had surgery and this was way before there was any trends to do this for cosmetic purposes.

I mostly think all that is useless and I like all sizes.
Diet alone can change a B to a D
I saw a makeover show this morning though in which these two sad people got madeover and they were very happy. It made me cry. They looked sooooooooooo much better and were so happy.

It would depend on your own preferences, how much they hurt your back and such. If you prefered to be a little smaller so clothes were easier to fit. I am a 36D/38C and still have trouble getting shirt big enough in the breasts.

im a 38/40 DD and yes I think that they are too big sometimes...but they fit my body...im not fat but im not skinny...if they weren't this size then I would just look a little weird...they get annoying sometimes as in never being able to find a nice bra as you should know...but hey gotta love em!

How big were you as a junior in HS?
Can you get back to that size?
Take in the surgery and the cost. I'm sure they will take care of the pain control.
I (that is I) do not find huge sagging boobs attractive (I fear they will roll over my face and I die.)
So reduction should be discussed with the Dr that will consider your total body proportions.
PS: I have been to many clothing optional resorts and many nude, large women, they are all still very attractive.
