put a timer on it and hide it so that the next time it goes off they wont no who to blame. Or they will blame each other and then have a big debate about who's fault it is that it is there. wasting even more of the taxpayers money all the while it will just keep going and going and going....

In washington you could change the input/output jacks around and call it a truth detector, but I am not sure how you would ever be sure if it was turned on.
