1. Expel all of the detriments to our country out. For example: Liberals, *******, hobos, Muslims, etc.
2. Establish a more secure America.
3. Be intolerable to bullying from foreign countries. If a country brags about ICBM development, I'll bomb them to demonstrate that we will not tolerate bullshit.
4. Enforce a more moral society.
5. Shoot all illegal immigrants attempting to enter the U.S. 25 people are killed each day by illegals.

I'm going to have have to expand and add new ones.

6. Child sex offenders should be killed immediately. No sentence is required.

7. Pull our troops out of Iraq after dividing the country into three sections. Half can go to the Kurds and half can go to the Shites. The Sunnis can just leave as they are the instigators.

1. Manufacturing and harboring of WMD's, for anybody, results in a minimum of 50 years in prison and a maximum penalty of death.

2. Mandatory mental exams regularly for those convicted of murder and similar cases pre-trial.

3. World Court; the jury consisting of one person from the 9 primary areas in the world (US, Canada, Africa, Asia, Russia, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, South America and the Middle East), and a judge appointed by members of the UN and approved by the World Court jury.
