People are always talking about chemistry between a guy and a girl whether on movies or tv shows or real life.
What are they talking about when they say they have chemistry?
What are the signs that one has chemistry or you and that person have chemistry together?

Chemistry between two people is simply a metaphor for how they relate to each other. In Chemistry(The Science) you have the study of how things react to one another, how they combine to form new substances, what happens when you mix things together, and what substances are made up of.
To say that two people have chemistry, is simply an easy way of saying that they relate well to each other, they work well on several levels, and they 'make beautiful music together'.

You're asking for a formula almost! It doesn't work that way with that kind of chemistry. In the movie "Sleepless in Seattle," the chemistry between a man and a woman was described with one word: magic. One way to know it is happening is to compare it to what you DIDN'T FEEL with other people. In other words, if you meet a guy or girl at a party, for instance, and just sort of feel neutral or only somewhat interested, you are probably still aware of the other surroundings---other friends, music, whatever. To me, that's not a chemistry moment. A person with whom chemistry happens is all about feeling a physical and emotional reaction to them and suddenly everything else in the room sort of fades away (figuratively speaking). You become so intrigued you want to know more about them. It is truly a connection that doesn't make sense, but it still happens. Even with that, that unique chemistry can go away in time, but usually you know right away if you are very attracted to someone. Magic.

Ok this is gonna be hard for you to understand so i'll keep it simple.
They mean a connection between two people... something there that draws them together like elements in a reaction.
No need to force it nothing to analyse just two people who fit together well.
Sometimes people analyse things way to much... in the words of a great man.
When you have learned to look beyond yourself you will see that peace of mind is waiting there and you will see you are really only very small and life goes on within you and without you.

They click together. They get along and have a natural attraction.
But scientifically, people look for a mate that will complement thier on genetic code. Scent, body shape, and body language are all involved.
