Do you mean HIV? If so did your sister sleep around? When did she become positive? If she is recently infected this makes the likelyhood of transmission higher. However the drug regimen can make the viral load undetectable so being under treatment means her boyfriend will have lesschance of being infected. If she was in the UK,it is actually a crime not to tell her boyfriend this.I don't know about France. She could say it is a Crime Passionel there lol. His chances are 1 per 2500 acts if he is having vaginal sex with a HIV positive person.

yes the boy is probably infected too. Go see the Dr and get treatment. When we prescribe drugs for a female who is infected she does not alway notify all her contacts. Even though we tell her too. Sometimes it plain denial. Denial gets more people STD's and AIDS

if she shouldn't have been then there is no reason for her not to be . however he has to of been there or at least accepted as this is what is best. if the father did want to find the reason then he surely should of done what was asked. i hope thats clear enough for you.
