What should I do for my hair/makeup/wardrobe for a Breakfast at Tiffany's themed party?

oh sweetie, first rent the movie. You will see so many styles and ....she is the classiest lady ever. Look, you cannot go wrong with anything you pick out from the wardrobe in that movie. But...I would get a really simple, sleeveless black cocktail kind of dress, and some strands of fake white pearls, big round white pearl like earings that sit close to your face, and a pair of dynamite black heels. Do classic Audry.
And as far as makeup...easy. A nice pink lipstick, some black eyeliner, a little blush if you wish. Although she was quite pale in that movie. Hair, up of course, in a french knot if possible.
Oh, and if you can wrangle a very very long cigarette holder somewhere...wow! You don't have to put a lit cigarette in
it, just put an unlit one in. Fantastic.

She wore a long, skinny black dress with a high neckline, pearls and an up-do for the hair. Try doing some of that! Pearls are BIG for Tiffany's. Maybe you can incorporate the light blue color of a tiffany box in to your decor? Have fun

what is the theme? dress like it and try to think like she does so you can be the best or best dressed one there. last year i did this same thing the theme was under the sea so i wore blue shirt and green coucho's so cute and earings that were fish.
