Mine has always be on but I agree some people leave an answer that you may want to know more about or just to make a comment. Maybe they can't back up their answers.

If i've got not got very many solutions to the question, I flow away it open for a pair of day. If I forget with regard to the question, i could pick a appropriate answer after Y! A sends me an digital mail with regard to the question wanting to be prolonged ?

bcoz they want the person 2 add the answer 2 the question as aditional details so no need 4 there email add 2 b given really

if you are a level 1 you can't have anyone email you. That option is blocked until u become level 2.
