How old are you? 11 or 12? If you're any older you need help. But here's a dare I did when I was like 11 or 12 years old. Go around and try to get the most #s from the opposite sex. Hope you don't end up asking the brother of a really cute guy you know.

I dare everyone (even the guys) to go to a make-up counter ask for a make over (see if you can get it for free, if you cant, give one to each other--right there in the mall)--and ask(if you get the counter to do it--or make it this way, yourselves) for it to be absolutely gaudy, garish, and clown-like...walk through the mall that way for an hour.
I dare you! LOL! You will all have fun if you do it, I bet.

bring ur sk8 board, and dare one of ur friends to go up to a random person and tell them to show u their best moves. Or dare some one to order something ridiculous at a place and once the place has it all dont ake the stuff.

Get one of you 'guy' friends to formally propose to you in full public view: He must Kneel before you, take your hand and ask that he may be honoured with your hand in marrigae.
Repeat the same with one of your girlfriends.
Outside a cafe is best.....Some little old lady is sure to beat him up for philandering.
As a double dare.....accept his proposal and threaten to sue if he doesnt go through with it.
BTW Invite me to the wedding.
Oh yes.....Get one of the guys to declare hs love and desire to marry......one of the other guys.

tie a string around an empty wallet, put the wallet on the mall floor with people walking by, and when someone goes to grab for the wallet pull on the string. old joke, but pretty good laugh
