for ax^2 + bx + c:

first multiply a and c
6*5 = 30

then come up with two factors of the product that add up to b
30 = -10 * -3
-10 + -3 = -13

then split b into the two factors
6x^2-13x+5 = 6x^2-10x-3x+5

then group them together
(6x^2-10x)+(-3x+5)

and factor. from the first group, you can factor a 2x. from the second, factor out a -1 so what's left inside each parenthesis will be the same
2x(3x-5)-(3x-5)

then factor out the 3x-5
(3x-5)(2x-1)

It factors into (3x - 5) (2x - 1), but I'm not sure what you're getting at with the binomial functions...

(In general, if you find it tricky to find the factors, use the quadratic formula!)

component this y^2+10y+12 by polishing off the sq. approach y^2+10y +12 then y^2+10y+25+12-25 :a million/2(10)=5 and the 5^2=25 (y-5)^2-13 answer to get the addiction time period by taking 0.5 of second and sq. it to grant you a area the shape and also you've were given to minus of what you've for the third

well, i haven't done this in a while (like one year, yeah that's a lot) but i think you factor 6x^2 to 3x and 2x, and then you that thingy that i forgot...sorry.
