i have often wondered that myself and i think it is cause you know what the day brings. if you have something nice planned like your b/day or Christmas morning your up at the crack of dawn but when you know you have got a boring or stressful day ahead you just want to sleep it of, the weather also makes me feel sleepy if it is grey outside but when it is sunny there is no dealt about it, me and my hubby are in the beer garden or the back garden.

Tired when I go to bed ( I should be in it already), tired when I have to get up! Bed is the best place ever!

Because we know what we have to face every day. Going to work, house work, etc. Just thinking about it makes us tired.

its a good bloody question that, im sitting here now on the net not tired, but last night I only got a couple of hours sleep......

is this coming between you an your husband? married / divorce section does not cover medical sides of it all. but i do agree with the above...it is just knowing what is ahead of you , the day ahead of you holds lots of responsibilities and this will wear you down just thinking of it.
