If you made it a combo gift basket and bumper sticker business you could call it:
Wicker Pickers and Sticker Kickers!
If you added candy too you could call it:
Wicker Pickers, Sticker Kickers, and Snicker Lickers! :)

The advertising catch phrases can be more creative like:

My mom and I were just discussing this. Half of my mom's side og the family are diabetic. She was looking for someone to send a diabetic gift basket with no sugar goodies. Sorry I don't have a catchy name for you. Maybe the "Basket Case". LOL!

It might help to know, in a general sense, what type of merchandise you will be basketing up...cosmetics, fruits, plants/flowers, crafts, etc (even if it is not very narrow, it will help).
But let's see....some ideas might be "Baskets From the Heart", "Give-a-Basekt", "Bountiful Baskets", "Heartland Baskets", "Heartland Gifts and Baskets", "Heartland Gift Baskets", or something to do with your last name.

Wow, that is a great idea...
How about: "International Gifts in a Basket" on a theme of specialty ethnic gourmet treats/foods of a specific country or international region. (this could even be adjusted to the particular seasons. ie - Carnival in Rio, Springtime in Paris, Oktoberfest in Bavaria, etc.) Good luck in your business.
