please do not waste your time rebuilding it, your gonna end up spending a couple of grand at least, maybe more. if you can ,sell it and take the money and start saving for 1 that runs

Clean and paint the frame first,then start tracking down parts.

start with a credit application and just buy new! a lot easier and no problems with it. trust me i've been there, payments are better then dealing with rebuiling!
