That sounds pretty judgmental.
If you mean he actually has an educational disability, and is unable to make some decisions, then surely you must have known that when you first got involved with him?
If you just mean he's lazy and refuses to think for himself, then raise the issue with him - give him the choice of whether to start taking more intellectual responsibility in your relationship, or risk you leaving him and finding someone more compatible or more willing to put the effort in.
