I used to be such a big crybaby but then i found a way to stop crying... i would just sit and think why am i crying and tell myself to stop... i hold back my useless tears... (if you must hold them until you have a private moment) but if you are crying because of something really sad and reasonable then CRY dont hold back those kinds of tears!!

Well, crying is okay. There is a major misconception that crying is only for those weaklings, but it is not. People need to relieve their burdens at times when it gets too heavy, and crying is one of the body's natural ways of trying to relieve the emotional and mental stress on it.

If you are too afraid to let anyone see your tears, you can always lock yourself in a private place and cry your heart out. Believe me, the feeling after you finished crying is much better than bottling up your feelings and ending up feeling depressed. Don't be afraid to let your tears flow, for it is nothing to be ashamed of.

Wishing you all the best!
