I find that untrue. I think it depends on your social situation. I have friends of African descent that I can joke around with them as they can joke around with my Asian heritage.
I do understand your point of view, however. You can insult whoever you want and there may be tougher scrutiny depending on what you say to who. It isn't illegal and you are guaranteed by the US constitution (assuming you live here) to do so. It will make you unpopular but it won't get thrown in jail.
Many races experience this double standard but it's only because we're placed in the social scrutiny. Governments try to teach social equalities but it's very hard to. If someone starts making a big stink about "white people" insults, maybe things will change! It's quite possible that Asians and Whites don't make a big stink about jokes.
African American political groups are among the strongest in the United States. They are also among the only political groups that are supported by race. When these political equality for African Americans are equalized (for example, levels of income http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/f/fc/American_Income.png) maybe these double standards will dissolve.

Clearly you have NEVER watched any "black" TV.
They got black nerds too.
Acting black? You mean pretending to be from streets when you are not and guess what it sounds like? I guess that's what you mean. You don't think a rich well educated black guy won't look equally stupid trying that out?
Everybody is open season for insults but I guess we whites did the insulting over a long enough period that people take us seriously when we insult a cultural group too aggressively So most of the polticcally incorrect comedians (BORAT, That lady Silverman, Margaret Cho, etc, are not white (unless you considered jewish still white).

I agree with you, it was probably when our ancestors had black slaves and then when these black leaders say its okay to be black and proud and when a white person is proud of their race, we are called racist, it isn't right. So, everyone will know I am White and I am proud of being white and my White heritage. But, I am not racist, I like all races, religions and cultures and I judge people by the individual and how they treat me not by their nationality or their whole race and I believe that every one should be proud of their race and heritage background and not to think people are racist because of what they believe or what their ancestors has done or because they have pride for their race or culture background.

I don't think this is the best example, but I see your point.
It's ok to make fun of white people, but no one can make fun of black people, because that would be "racist"

I don't understand why you're getting mad about names that white people made up for themselves.
