I recognise the introduction to the song on CD2 called "welcome" does anyone recognise it too and do you know what it is??? its the bit from the beginning to where she starts singing please help

what i mean is:

I only have a burned copy of the album, if u have a purchased copy check out the booklet inside cos it should say whats sampled on each track.
