There is a certain form of birth control (not sure if it's a pill, or a patch) but it can make it so you only have 4 periods a year. This would make it less often not less each month, but only dealing with it 4 times a year would be great, no matter who you are or what your circumstances. As for those that say you can eliminate your period all together, I disagree. Unless you are medically incapable of having a period it is dangerous and not natural not to have a period.

I heard a commercial of a pill that you have to take daily, but it is meant to reduce your cycle time. If I remember correctly, decrease to 3 days.
Another idea per my husband: Depo-prevera it is a birth control and many people tend not to have periods. It is a shot every three months. Ask her doctor about either!
Good-Luck

You can put her on birth control. Many of the monophasic brands are designed to be taken continually for 9 weeks, so you only have 4 periods a year.

Bring her to the doctor to get birth control. Some forms of birthcontrol eliminate periods completely.

There is a certain pill that can reduce them to about four ayear with shorter periods, too. Just ask a doctor if it is good to use on girls her age. God bless you and your daughter. Always Smile, smile, smile! :) Byes!

The only way would be to put her on birth control pills, and skip the placebo pills.

Maybe try putting her on birth control. I believe that Depo Provera can decrease how often you have your period. Eventually her period would be slowed down to how often she has it &/or you can ask your doc. Good luck !
