Do you work hard for that kick-*** bod? why? do you just say "screw it" and do what you want? i'm very interested in what people do and why they do it. personally i'm torn between my wants-- the want to be sexy in my eyes, the want to be attractive in other peoples' eyes, and the want to do what i do and eat what i want to eat. tell me what you think.

im on the "screw you" diet...im not skinny but im not fat...everyone in my family is big and i know that I will be too...I could lose weight if I tried but I am content with my size as it is. Yeah...we all wanna try and look good for others but my philosophy is...as long as you love yourself then it doesn't matter what other people think...You just have to learn how to love yourself before trying to please other people.

Well it depends, since everyone has different motives. I do it for health reasons. Women are at higher risk of heart disease. The more weight that is gained and less active we become the more we put ourselves at risk for heart disease. More people who say screw it i'm done with exercising and want to eat everything in sight end up having gastric surgery, taking super duper diet pills that don't work because they don't exercise, they get depressed and force themselves to say bigger is better. Well it isn't, not for your health. Your body can't handle being bigger then what it is meant to be. It puts strain on your heart, increasing blood pressure, some people become diabetic, increase heart disease, Exercise is essential in all of our lives and routines. It should become a routine. It not only is good for the heart, but good for increasing energy, increasing endorphins that make you happy, you can eat more it you exercise so eat that pie you can work it out later. It is also good for our bones as women.

I have exercised since i was...i'd say 15 years old. I am 30 now and in pretty good exterior shape. But my health reasons mainly is why I do it. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteopenia and Depression. If I gave up... forget it, i'd really be immoble. I'ts hard as it is now to do it, but health wise I need to.

So lets just focus on health and not worry about the sterotypical magazine woman prototype.

That's what I think...

I think everyone wants to look good through their own eyes and through everyone elses also. What I do is, I try to eat the healthiest choice where ever I go, I play soccer to get my exercise, and I allow myself treats once in awhile if I want them. After that, I try to love my body however it turns out :)
