There have been six manned missions to the moon:Apollo11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17.
Apollo 13 did not land on the moon beacause of an oxygen leak.

6 missions have landed on the moon, starting with Apollo 11 in July 1969, and ending with Apollo 17 in December 1972.
Check out the Apollo pages on the NASA site (1st link) or the Apollo Archive (2nd link).
If you want more info about the Apollo program, the book A Man On The Moon by Andrew Chaikin is a fascinating, in-depth read aimed at the enthusiast rather than the technician.
